Logic and Rhetoric courses are delivered in a University-style format
2+3 classes: This program provides on-campus instruction from a professional educator and meets 2 days a week. Homework for all subjects is required to be completed each week, and is overseen by parents. Classroom size is limited to 12-15 students.
2 classes: Math and Writing are offered through Summit Homeschool Academy, which is a separate and distinct school. It's a publicly funded tuition-free homeschool program.
+3 classes: At Summit Christian Academy, the content is classically-driven and taught through a Christian worldview. Our educators are experts in their field who live out their faith both in and out of the classroom. We offer Science (Novare), History (Veritas and Classical Historian) + 1 elective (Music, Spanish or Personal Finance)
+ Chapel:We offer monthly chapel, led by former Navy Seal, Jimmy Graham. This fall, his teachings focus on putting in to practice the verse, Philippians 4:8 (ESV) "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things."
Jimmy also leads the Dad's orientation on an evening in September (Date/Time TBD).
*Worship band is an after-school activity that meets weekly and offered for an additional fee with enough participation.

Yes, the first step is to consider your desire to support learning at home with a structure that supports completing homework, nurturing a culture of honor and respect in the classroom, and cultivating home discipleship by giving your child a Christ-Centered worldview. If those are commitments that excite you, please complete an application. You'll be scheduled for a Family Interview and, if it's the right fit, you'll be extended an offer for enrollment.
